Shipping

For the Netherlands, the prices you see on our website are the prices you pay; No extra costs involved to ship your bag. Placing an order from anywhere else in the world? Don’t worry: we’ll cover part of the cost. You’ll get the bag quickly, without paying excessive shipping costs. It’s that simple.

In order not to complicate things for us either, we stick to two shipping days a week. This way, we keep our focus, and you know when you will get your bag. We ship the bags on either Monday or Thursday, after which, in most cases, you’ll have it home by the next day. Need your bag even sooner for whatever reason? Tell us via the order notes or give us a call. We will then do our best to get you that bag in time!

 

Returns

We won’t give you a hard time if you’d like to return your order. Just send us an e-mail, or give us a ring within a month after your purchase, and we will take care of the rest. No extra costs and after a few days everything is handled.

Opted for a print on your bag? Even then you can return your bag and we will credit the purchase amount of the bag (excluding printing) as normal.
